After the success of Mirvac Charlton House, Mirvac engaged Habitat Digital to deliver a reliable, futuristic interactive experience that worked as both a sales presentation and self-serve interactive experience for Isle Waterfront Newstead.

They wanted a bespoke product that could improve lead capture with improved reliability.

Furthermore, the need for remote selling via a web application was essential.


Habitat Digital created an integrated technology ecosystem consisting of an apartment sales tool, a connected building model and a display screen.

An online sales tool was also developed.

An additional tabletop display of the Location was also produced. A scaled 3D model of the tower serves as a navigation tool for sales to assist customers in visualising their new home.


Sales staff have commented on how easy the tools are to use and how reliable they are.

The outcome has led to Mirvac now using Habitat for other projects.
