Situation

GPT Group are creating Darling Park; an iconic office precinct located on the eastern shore of Darling Harbour. Outstanding and diverse office space, stunning waterfront views and a central garden feature in this development.

Habitat Digital was commissioned to design the technology component of the Commercial Leasing sales suite, including a connected ecosystem with display screens, sales tool application and integration with a physical model.

Action

We produced a bespoke sales tool that enhances the sales presentation.

The customer journey was a key component of the experience with ‘wow’ moments throughout the presentation. A custom soundscape plays upon entry, the lights on the huge model light up drawing attention, motion sensors trigger curtains to open to reveal the view, and a large display pivots on a mechanical arm to enable presentation from the model.

Furthermore, we integrated GPT’s conferencing so presentation to remote clients is a breeze and ensured that the application works offline for presentations at the building site location.

Outcome

In the challenging and competitive space of commercial leasing, prospective tenants experience a presentation befitting of the development. Emotions are transformed and then the presentation piques interest.
