Mirvac were seeking a new supplier of property technology to deliver a reliable, futuristic interactive experience that worked as both a sales presentation and self-serve interactive experience. They wanted a bespoke product that was able to improve lead capture, with improved reliability.


Habitat Digital created an integrated technology ecosystem consisting of an apartment sales tool, connected building model and display screen. An online sales tool was also developed.
An additional tabletop display of the Location was also produced.


Sales staff have commented on how easy the tools are to use and how reliable they are. The outcome has led to Mirvac now using Habitat for other projects. That’s a great endorsement!
