With apartment sales starting at $5million (and above $140m), our client sought a sales suite customer experience unparalleled in the Australian market.

Action

Complimented by a budget befitting of the project, Habitat Digital designed and delivered a sales suite unlike any other. The appointment only sales suite involves a curated presentation by the agent, using a tablet to create ‘wow’ moments throughout the pitch.

A significant effort was put into the design of the technology for the space. We leveraged our architectural visualisation expertise to create in situ imagery that aided our client’s decision making process.

Premium speakers in the ceiling are heard but not seen. The distribution of them was heat-mapped ensuring optimum coverage. The soundtrack was curated by Habitat Digital and reinforces the brand proposition.

The highlight of the space is the immersion theatre. A curved 8.5m wide LG ultra fine pitch plays an evocative video and agents highlight the project’s stunning renders to the prospective buyers. A 7.1 surround sound track compliments the presentation. Heavy curtains are used in the space creating an acoustic environment that is both warm and exciting.

A second 4.5m wide curved LED is adjacent to the project’s building model and conveys the notion that investing in the project, is a privilege.

Outcome

This project pushed the boundaries of what can be done in the sales suite space. Expectations from our client were extremely high & it was an honor to deliver against those expectations.
